Easy Spicy Guacamole Meatballs

Savory, slightly spicy and incredibly moist; these meatballs are a delicious addition to any pasta dish.

Ingredients
Add these items to your shopping list:
1 pound ground turkey
1 egg
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup Cabo Fresh Spicy Guacamole
parmesan cheese, for garnish
chopped fresh basil, for garnish
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and set aside a rimmed baking sheet. Spray pan with non-stick baking spray.
  2. In a large bowl mix together egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, pepper and guacamole.
  3. Mix in ground turkey meat by hand until fully combined.
  4. Separate mixture into 12, rolling each portion into a round meatball.
  5. Place meatballs on prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked all of the way through and no longer pink in the center.
  6. Remove from pan and serve topped with fresh chopped basil and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
